- Preschool martial arts — short, active classes that build listening, coordination and focus.
- Karate for kids — classes for ages 4–6 and 7–12, with character lessons built into every class and the Black Belt as each child’s long-term goal.
- Teen martial arts — fitness, self-defense and leadership for teenagers.
- Bully prevention — how to recognize, avoid and respond to bullying, with confidence first and physical skills last.
- Adult martial arts and self-defense — conditioning and practical self-defense for adults of any starting fitness level.
