Franchise history
Mile High Karate’s first franchisee, Robert Lewis, opened in August 1998, and the organization began franchising internationally in 2000. Its franchise program of the mid-2000s trained new owners and instructors through intensive bootcamps, weekly instructor and Black Belt training classes, and monthly instructor teleseminars with Grand Master Jeff Smith, Chief of Instruction.
